Privacy Policy
In short: this is a personal portfolio. It has no sign-ups, no forms, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. If you contact me, I use what you send only to reply to you.
Who runs this site
This website is the personal portfolio of Rusardi Noramin, an individual based in Singapore. For any question about this policy or your personal data, email rusardi1994@gmail.com. I handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What is collected, and why
- Hosting records. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. I do not use this to identify you.
- One setting on your device. If you switch the work list between list and grid view, your browser remembers that choice in local storage (an item called
rn-view). It stays on your device, is never sent to me, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time. The site sets no cookies. - When you contact me. If you message me on WhatsApp, by email or on LinkedIn, I receive what you choose to send, such as your name, number or email address and your message. I use it only to reply and to discuss the opportunity you raise.
What I do not do
I do not sell, rent or trade personal data, use it for marketing, or share it with anyone except where the law requires it.
Services involved
- Cloudflare hosts the site and may process data on servers outside Singapore. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), LinkedIn and Gmail (Google) carry any message you send me, under their own privacy policies.
- Fonts are served from this site, so visiting does not send your data to a font provider.
How long messages are kept
I keep messages only for as long as the conversation needs, or longer only where the law requires it. After that I delete them.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent for me to keep using it. Email me and I will reply within 30 days.
People shown on this site
Some projects mention colleagues, partners or the public, or show them in photos. If you appear and would like something changed or removed, email me and I will act promptly.
Children
This site is meant for employers and professional contacts and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
